bow was fine but shipping ws very unstatisfactory

Company blamed USPS for the problem, only refunded half the shipping...It was a present to my grandaughter who had to return to school before the bow arrived. it isnt my fault the shipping took so long, but having to pay half of the shipping makes it seem like it is. I still have to pay shipping to her at school.
